D.B.L. Vocational Center has formed to introduce disadvantaged young adults, ages 18–35 to a no-cost air conditioning/heating training program. This training can serve as a springboard to the rewards and self-empowerment found in skilled trades. It is D.B.L.’s mission to provide tangible skills that are demanded in today’s workforce.
To those students that are willing, they will come to understand the rewards and respect that a selective trade can bring to their lives. Our main requirements will be willingness, hard work, and honest effort.

Many Americans are familiar with The Salvation Army's thrift stores which fund our well-known drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs. And our iconic red kettles have become a symbol of the Christmas season and the spirit of giving.
But in hundreds of communities across the Western United States, The Salvation Army also operates programs and services which are designed to meet human need in Christ's name, alleviate human suffering, and promote wholeness by addressing the spiritual, social, emotional, psychological and physical well-being of those served.
